I would not trust my Toyota's with anyone other than Rick. This is the best place in the world for import owners to have service done in the 805. Honest, fair, down to earth, very good on prices. You take your car somewhere else good luck.....you've been warned. Take your car to Ricks your care will thank you for it!!

I drove up and saw Rick. I said, leaning out the window, my speedo is making... Rick finished my sentence with ... 'a rapid clicking sound that increases and decreases with acceleration? We'll take care of it.' And he did. The guys a mind reader:)

Rick is SOOOOoooo helpful . He helps out my mom and my whole family for years.if I didn't work at a dealer ship with benefits then I would go hear for sure.

Rotors Replaced – I went in for brake pad replacement and they found that I needed to replace the rotors. I believe the previous place I got my brakes done might have screwed them up.

Had to come in for 2 separate visits due to ordering of the rotors. 2nd time didn't charge me tax or labor which was awesome. Yeah rotors range about 30-60$ each on the internet. But nice people.

The most honest auto repair around. Don and his team are excellent mechanics. They get the job done well! They are also so honest and never take advantage of people that know nothing about auto repair. I completely trust this job as they have worked on my cars for years. Don will discourage repairs that can wait to save his customers money. I won't go anywhere but Ricks.

Thanks Yelpers! I wasn't keen on taking my Toyota to the dealer but had no experience with local independent shops. Your reviews of Rick's Japanese Care Care were spot-on. I took my car in this morning for an oil service and they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. No hassle, no up-sale. I'm a happy customer.

Ricks is an awesome place! The office is an air conditioned room everyone is super nice ! The guy who looked at my car was very kind, young, and made me feel comfortable. I was in and out in 15mins hassle free he checked my cars vitals put air in my tires added some fluid and my car was back to normal no more abnormal sound thanks guys !!!

Axel & Brakes – So far called I called in 2 weeks ago and scheduled to have an appointment to get my car fixed but had some personal problems and had to cancel, I like that they didn't make me feel bad and told me to reschedule when I can (very pleasant) called today to reschedule appointment which I did for friday told him my problems and he gave me advice in what my problems with my car may be. So far happy with the phone call and will update this after the service is done. He even said he can do it in one day where Honda wanted me to leave it over the weekend.

Best Honda Toyota Mechanic – You wont find a better japanese car guy then Rick. He repaired my lexus in one day as I broke down and found him from a tow truck driver that referred me..fair and kind as can be.

This place is great! They have definitely earned our trust and business for both our cars. Always kind and willing to take care of us and I never feel like they are hiding anything or not being trustworthy. On top of that - their pricing is great.
