I have taken my car to Rick's twice since I moved to the area
and both times have been very positive. My father is a mechanic and when I moved
out of state, I was nervous to take my car anywhere. Everything Rick's said or
suggested I called both my dad and my hometown mechanic of 16+ years and they
both consistently agree with what Rick's has done, said, suggested and
charged.
I feel very confident now that I am being treated fairly and the
prices are reasonable and the work is excellent! It is additionally nice to see
that the gentlemen that work at Rick's have all worked there for more than a
couple of years, which says a lot about the integrity of the owner and his
business

I was in for my periodic service on my 1997 Acura 3.2TL
yesterday it occurred to me that it has been 10 years since I first bought my
Honda product to you for service. Certainly it is time to express my
feelings about our association.
The words that come first to mind are integrity, trust,
and dependability. These are not words I utter not often or easily and
they reflect the character of you and your service team. To these I will
add convenience and speed of service. I always know the work will be
completed timely and correctly.

Rick's is the best in all of Thousand Oaks. I have owned Honda
vehicles for years. Rick's does not inflate their prices, they are totally
honest. I took my car in one time, I thought I needed new brakes, which they
could of charged me for. They told me I did not need new ones at this time. This
saved me big bucks. They always fit me into their schedule, I would never take
my Honda or my Acura to any other shop to get serviced. Thanks, Rick and

never thought I'd be writing a thank you note to an automotible mechanic! Guess
there's a first for everything. Anyway, I wanted to let you know that I
became a traitor to the Honda cause. Went out and bought a Toyota Corolla
LE loaded. After I've finished engineering and "driving" school, I might
be able to get it out of the driveway!
